My poor blog... I'm a blog neglector to say the very least! I will try to do better, I promise! There have been quite a few sessions that have not been posted here, and I'll try to get to them at some point, but I'm moving forward and looking ahead, so here is a recent session I had with a wonderful family. ! :)

These little girls are SO VERY BLESSED to have been adopted by this couple almost a year ago. Brought home all the way from Ethiopia, these sweet twin girls have found a forever home with Faithful and loving parents, friends and family. They touched my life and my heart, and I pray that the images we got will touch theirs for a lifetime.

CARD CAPTURE MINI SESSIONS!

I am offering these special mini-sessions for people who just need pictures for their Holiday Cards! These are outdoor sessions lasting 20-30 minutes. They are not "holiday themed" sessions, but feel free to dress in Holiday colors or styles, it's up to you!

The Digital Package mini-session: $85

Another Sweet Baby!!!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a sweet 10 week old boy, the baby brother of one of my other favorite little clients (not so little anymore... she's almost 5!!) I HAVE A NEW WEB SITE!

Well, we have progress! The new web site is up and running. I'm still working out the kinks and updating the info, but it's a step closer! I'm not taking session appointments just yet, but hang in there! Please let me know what you think of the new site and if you notice any "bugs" that need to be addressed.

Sweet,Sweet Baby

I had the pleasure of photographing my sweet friend Maggie's newborn today. He's 10 days old and as cute as can be! He's also the baby brother of another one of my all time favorite itty bitties, Mr "J", from just over a year ago!! So without further delay... here are some sneak peeks!

We finally got out and took some pictures of our family about a month or so ago. Sadly, my hubby isn't in any of these!! LOL! Gotta fix that!






Then HE took the camera for a change and got pictures of me... yes, I actually let my camera get turned against me. He did a GREAT job, don't you think??!!

TAKING TIME OUT FOR FAMILY

I just wanted to update my blog and let everyone know that I'll be taking time off to spend with my family. My daughter (my baby) starts Kindergarten in the Fall and I have been wrestling with this decision for a long time. I really want to spend a lot of time with her without feeling like I'm neglecting my clients and visa versa. I will return to the studio in the Fall after things have settled down from the start of school.

I hope that everyone has a beautiful Spring and a wonderful Summer!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR + 11 days!

WOW, has it been a while since my last post! YIKES! Sorry about that for all of you who check in on me regularly! Christmas was wonderful! The New Year is starting off right (except for falling down the stairs and spraining my ankle... but let's not go there) and I'm booking for Jan-March right now! January is filling up and Feb is starting to fill up already, too, so PLEASE, if you need a session (say newborn or maternity, those sessions that cannot wait) don't wait to book it!

Thankful Thoughts...

Before our day gets crazy with cooking and baking and before the Macy's parade comes on and I'm glued to the TV like every year, trying to get everyone in my house to watch it with me against their will (LOL!)...

I want to wish everyone a VERY Happy Thanksgving! This is the time of year I reflect on all of the blessings in my life. My family, my friends (including my wonderful clients!) I have a large number of "online friends" who I've known for years, yet never met. They are cherished blessings from all over the US and the entire globe! I have friends back East (CT and NJ) who have been cherished blessings in my life for MANY years, even at long distance! My best friend Jenn from CT, whom I met in 8th grade... girl, can you believe it's been so long!?!?! You and your wonderful family are a huge blessing in my life! I love all of you guys! My wonderful husband Tim and his family, where would I be without you all? My mom and her family back East, My own family both East and West... and my amazing kids... what can I say, they are my life! I am thankful for all of these wonderful people and our health and happiness!

So from my little family here in TX to all of you and yours, Happy Thanksgiving!!!! Wish you were here (or we were there!) Love you all!!!
